My pretty niece, Ivana recently induced a new hobby in me... and that's soaping.  Well, I does not have more to share on the recipes and methods but I definitely would love to share with all the beauties about the photos of the soap that we made.  So, let the photo does it job =)

A friend of mine, gave birth to a lovely baby boy lately and she have too much milk.  So, we are making good use of the milk instead =)

D.I.Y Bubblegum Lips Scrub inspired by Lush

Welcome back to my blog =)

In today's blog post, I will be sharing my version of Bubblegum Lips Scrub inspired by Lush.  As mentioned in my previous blog post, I am in love with Lush's Bubblegum Lips Scrub that I bought during my family trip to Macau somewhere back in June and July.  As we does not have Lush in Malaysia and I am so in love... or should I say obsess with Lips Scrub, I decided to create my very own version of Bubblegum Lips Scrub as inspired by Lush.

So, here are the basics ingredients required :-

(1) Castor Sugar

(2) Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

(3) Strawberry Flavoring or any other fruity flavoring

(4) Measuring Spoons

(5) A Mixing Bowl

(6) A Container (Disinfected) 

(7) Red Food Coloring - Optional

Gather all the ingredients and we are ready to start............

So, to get it started; pour

(a) 1/2 Cup of Castor Sugar to a mixing bowl

(b) Then add in 1/2 Tbsp Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and incorporated both ingredients well

(c) Add in a few drops of Strawberry Flavoring and mix well

(d) Now this is totally optional but it really definitely does make it look more like the Lush      Bubblegum Lips Scrub - Add in a few drops of Red Food Coloring.

After everything is mixed well.......

Taaaddaaaaaaa !!!!  It should looks something like this

(e) Lastly, go ahead and keep it in the container.

Lush Mini Haul

Hello Everyone !!!!!

How are you ???  I have been pretty tight up lately, but today I had a little spare time, so I decided to start blogging again =)  So, let's start off with something excited !!!!!  But, this gonna be a very short post.  

I have always wanted to lay on my hands on Lush Products after much good reviews from bloggers and You Tubers all around but unfortunately,Lush have not open any stores in Malaysia.  Hence, when I visited my Macau recently, I am so excited that I could finally visit a Lush store =) So, the minute I step into Lush Store in located in The Venetian, Macau for the first time, I felt like I am a child in a candy store.  I think I could most probably spend a good half day in the store itself but I have very limited bullets, so I limit myself to just spend a good 30 minutes.  I got myself 4 products; 3 bath bombs and a jar of bubblegum lips scrub. 

Since I does not have a bath tub at home, I decided to used up all 3 bath bomb I bought during my 2 nights stay in Macau.  The first I tried was, Think Pink Bath Ballistic.

(1) Think Pink Bath Ballistic - HKD75

Lush says -   "A relaxing pink bath bomb with a sweet vanilla and tonka fragrance. As it dissolves, you’ll feel as though you’re getting a big hug from the comforting waters and rice paper confetti hearts that slowly melt away. Its sweet scent comes from Fair Trade vanilla absolute, while tonka adds a caramel undertone. Neroli gives it a sunny citrus top note, while lavender clears your mind and reminds you that life is sweet."

And I say - It is the 1st Bath Bomb that catch my eyes and all that know me well will know I am obsess with Pink.  Hahaha ~   There are little hearts confetti in the bath bombs of Lavender and Pinkish that are so lovely at the bottom of the bath but it will be a pain to remove them after the nice warm bath.  The color of the bath water is absolutely lovely, after-all everything in pink is lovely to me- Haha ~  However, the scent is not as strong and long-lasting as I thought it would be. 

The second on the list is Blackberry Bath Bomb Ball Ballistic....

(2) Blackberry Bath Bomb Ball Ballistic - HKD55

Again, Lush Says " Uplifting and reassuring berry scented bath bomb.  Blackberry is one of our most beloved and popular balls of fizz. When you’re feeling off color and out of sorts, detonate this classic fruity number into your tub for a relaxing soak into a shimmering, purple haze. A burst of fruity fragrance, uplifting bergamot and frankincense will surround you like a cozy blanket dissolving all of your cares away."

And I say - The color is superb lovely.  It is purple-ish; my 2nd favorite color =)  The smell is lovely and last longer than Think Pink which is an added advantage.  However, it will be a pain to clean up the bath tub after your enjoyable warm bath as it leave stains.  Btw, there's a little surprise in the bombs after all the frizzes... 

 And now, the 3rd and last bath bomb I bought - The Avobath Bomb Ballistic.  This caught my eyes because I am a Big Fan of Avocados !!  

(3) The Avobath Bomb Ballistic - HKD55

So, lush says - Skin softening lemongrass and avocado soaker - Our bold green Avobath Bath Bomb is not for lazy days lying back in the tub. On the contrary, it’s for gray days and mornings (afternoons and evenings too), when you just can’t shake your brain fog. Pop one into your bath for an instant jolt of invigorating, lemongrass-scented energy and fizz. And again I says -  As you can see in the video below, it turns the warm bath water into greenish.  Green is a very soothing and relaxing color and I just love it !!  The scent is very delicious and I love that the scent stays with me throughout the whole bathing session and it remains with me throughout the night and I still smells good the next morning =)  Besides, I felt that my skin is more refreshed and hydrated.  Also, it does not leave stains on your bath tub, so no worries about the pain of cleaning after that.

Last but not least, the last thing I got myself at Lush Store, The Bubblegum Lips Scrub that everyone raves about.

(4) - The Bubblegum Lips Scrub - HKD100

Here is what Lush Says - Pink cotton candy scrub

Our sweetest confection exfoliates lips smooth, prepping them for your favorite lip color or balm. A blend of exfoliating fair trade sugar and moisturizing jojoba oil, this lip scrub is sure to leave those kissers enticingly soft and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time! And the Shopping Queen says - It comes in a very beautiful pink and it smells absolutely delicious !!  It smells like a mixture of strawberry bubblegum and candy floss and I am so tempted to eat them.  Ha ~ I licked the excess off and YES, I said licked off !!  No worries beauties, it is safe for consumption as it is afterall castor sugar, olive oil and edible flavoring & coloring =)  After using it, it leaves my lips beautifully softer and moisturized.  It removes the dead and dry skin on your lips of which instantly improves the look on my lips.  I tend to use it 3 times a week and lips are always smooth and so kissable.  Haha ~

Garnier - Aqua Defense Non Stop Intensive Hydrating Essence

Hello... Hello... 

This is my first review post.  In this post, I am going to share about my new found love essence - Garnier Aqua Defense Non Stop Intensive Hydrating Essence.  Lately, I am suffering from severe dryness on my face and it started to peel.  For the very first time in my life, I am experiencing such problem and it really freaks me out.  Henceforth, without further delay; I drove to Kinta City for moisturizers hunting to cure my peeled skin.  As recommended by some sales person,I purchased the cream moisturizer.  According to them, the cream ones will work better due to its thicker textures.  I went through all the cream moisturizer that I have and I bought a few new ones but non of it worked. 

After struggling for about a month on all these non working products, I am lucky that my Pretty Cuzzy introduce me to Garnier Aqua Defense which she swears will work well and I should give it a go. As she is so much younger than I am, I am not so convince on it's effectiveness on my skin but I am so interested to get to know more about it.  So, I goggled it up and was linked to a you tuber, Hana Tam's Video reviewing on this product and I am convinced that this is a good product.  Henceforth, I immediately headed to the nearest Watson and get a tub.  I got mine for MYR16.90 because it is on sale but the original price for a tub is MYR19.90.  Honestly, I have never bothered to take looked at this product all these while until NOW.  

The Aqua Defense is a light green gel packaged in a glass tub.  It has a light refreshing smell like green apple.  It gives a cooling sensation for a few seconds when you smooth it over your skin and it absorb very quickly into the skin.  The best part is you don't feel like something very thick applied on your skin but rather it felt like a thin layer of water sitting on your skin.  The hydration is superb and it does not cause any break out after use.  

Overall I am glad that I found such awesome product that solve my skin dryness problem.  For a product that cost less than MYR20.00; this product amazed me and I have been a loyal to this product.  Hence, for those of you whom are experiencing similar skin problems like I do, do give this product a go because it is phenomenal.  

Additional Tips :-

On the days where my skin got really dry, I'll apply a very thick layer of the product, leave it dry a moment and sleep.  Wash off with water in the morning after you wakes up and Taaa-daaaaa !! You will see the drastic change on your skin.

P/s :  Some people will experience a little tickling on skin but it is ok.  I experienced it every time I applied thick layers but it works awesome !!

A revelation of my feelings....

I don't usually blog on how I hate being ill-treated by someone but this have been bugging me for quite some time now, so I decided to blog it and this will be a super long post.

It's all about a DRAMA QUEEN and KING whom used to be my housemates. I will refer her as IK and him as LS in this post.  Both of them are better known as the "EGG COUPLE".

IK and LS has been nothing but extremely nice, sweet and friendly to me ever since I joined them moving to a rented house we shared of which is why I have always refrained from saying anything bad about them.  

However, as time goes by; more and more of their drama queen attitude expose, my distaste for them have been increasing rapidly too.  In fact, it increase so much that I felt ashamed to admit that glee when I see their sore eyes.  I know... I said I am ASHAMED !!!!!

I can't say that I am close to them but I certainly have been treating them really good.   Our relationship change drastically when I decided to moved out from Penang to relocate back to Ipoh for better career enhancement and to be closer to my parents.  They started to back stab me taming themselves and with her close ones in the office.  Honestly, I am really sick of pretending that I am neutral towards you and I hate myself for being so hypocrite.  So, I got to stop being hypocrite !!

YOU KNOW, IT'S NOT EASY TO BE MEAN TO SOMEONE WHOM IS SO NICE, SWEET AND FRIENDLY TO YOU !!

So, once and for all, I DO NOT like you either IK and LS

Hey, Bitch !!  Have you walk through my life ?  Who the hell are you to bitch around and tell my life stories to others on behalf of me ?  

YOU, YOU and YOU( there might be more of these YOU that I does not know) are so damn naive by trusting her.  For Godness sake, how true can her stories be ??  We have just know each other for merely 1 year !!!  If she can do this to me, she will be doing the same to you one day.  TRUST ME, SHE WILL !!!  BECAUSE A KAMPUNG AUNTY BITCH LOVES TO BITCH AROUND WITH PEOPLE STORIES.  Oooohhh... Ya !!  She bitch around about me to our landlord too !!  What is  f**king wrong with you ??  Are you being jealous that the landlord is nicer to me than you or are you afraid that I might one day over take you in some ways ?  Don't you have your own life or don't you have any friends outside besides colleagues and landlord of which is why you are so afraid of ?  If so, you are so pathetic and just for your knowledge if you read this, I have no interest at all because I have my own group of friends.  So, don't be afraid... I will not take away your very limited friends and you have my words on this.

Some of you might be curios curious on how does all these started when initially we are neutral to each other good ?

It started when Bitch IK peeps at my salary when I am opening the slip.  YES, SHE DID IT!!!  and this gives me an impressions that you are such an unethical STUPID AS*H**E BITCH!!!   She even tell the whole world about it. Jealous of what I am getting then please work harder & STOP showing your ugly face when someone praised me for a good work for taking charge of the household chores of which you are just too lazy to do it.  Don't you feel stupid for envying on a person and you are not working harder to proofs that you deserve some praises too ???  WAKE UP... WAKE UP.... Bitching around will not get you going anywhere SO stop doing it and work something out for yourself.  

I think you will be better if you STOP ACTING CUTE !!  Don't you know that it makes not only me but quite a few people feeling so sick of it.  Honestly, I felt like puking each and every time you do that.  Hey !! It's so damn F-Ugly for a woman at your age to act cute.  Also, stop praising yourself PRETTY !!  For God-ness sake, you are the other way round.  Do you know that you are labelled by one of our male we known as the UGLIEST WOMAN he ever know in his life ? Then, STOP ACTING THAN YOU ARE FROM SOME HIGHLY EDUCATED AND RESPECTABLE FAMILY !!  People from this category will not bitch around like you do.  Overall, just stop being what you are not because it really SUCKS !

Bitching around saying that I am a clubber.  So what ??  I openly admits that I am one and I think being a clubber is definitely better than you flirting with a younger guy.  Don't you feel shame telling the whole world that you are going to sleep with him ?  Tell the whole world that you are going to KL and sleep with him because his 2 days course is too long for you to bear ?  I really have doubt that you said you are faithful to your husband to be. I think you will not if you are given a prettier face !! TOO BAD !!!!  Nobody are willing to sleep and have an extra marital affairs with you because they do not want to be labelled as BAD TASTE or maybe "Kai But Chak Sik"!!  So, to the husband to be, LS... He must have been blind for he have chosen you as wife to be  and you are promoting that it LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT !!!  I really have doubt on this statement.  If that so, he must have wore a wrong power spectacles that time.  

Aside to the Hubby to be - NO WORRY, there will be no green hat for you because no men are willing to take her except you and please felt glad that she got such look.  Otherwise, you might have got brothers everywhere.

Ooooppssssss.... A little bit out of topics.  However, she then started to bitch around on my branded bags and my shopping habits too.  Is that anything to do with you ?  Am I borrowing your money to buy it or are you paying for it ?   NOOOOOO !!!! Then, why are you so concern about it ????? I am using my own hard earn money to buy all these and it does not burden anyone. MOST IMPORTANTLY,  I dare to admit to everyone that I am a very branded concern person and that I am a shopaholic !! So what ????  Just  F**K Off and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS !!!!  Go and get a life and when I say life; it's your own happy life and not bitching around about other people's life. 

All these while, I TRIED TO IGNORE ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE BUT THIS TIME IS REALLY JUST TOO MUCH AND I NO LONGER CAN TAKE IT !!!!!!!

Now, the most recent happens..... I thought CY is closest to you ???  Why are you hurting him by making your own conclusions on his feelings and relationship between HL ?  Do you know that you damaging his reputation ?  I DO NOT LIKE him because he is another Dumb-A** BUT I will never be so SUPER LOW CLASS to do this to him.  As a friend / housemate, we at least need to have some mutual respects especially when it comes to personal life.

I does not have a very good sense in fashion BUT I do know and understand about being presentable.  For god-ness sake, please have proper attires on and insult yourself and people around you with the super F-UGLY attire !!  We are always uncomfortable being the center of attention when we are with you. 

Also, I super hate your "Guai Guai She She" attitude lol !!  Ask the others not to share anything on you bought wedding rings just because you does not want others to comment too much about the design as you scare people will COPYCAT your ring.  Frankly speaking, I will not ask for your help as I really have doubts on your taste.   Those rings that you bought are High End to You only NOT to us; so don't show people faces as if you are buying something so HIGH_END.

This is not the end of it, you even bitch around on the Coach Wrist-let that I am having.  One of your good friend also another 8 Poh told you she saw me uploaded in on Wechat.  Is that anything to do with you ?  I suddenly felt that you are actually a BIG FAN of mind lol... Up to the level that you asked someone to test me out.  You are telling the whole world that you confirmed that this is from The States because of the Paper Bag.  Before you bitch around, please go to get some knowledge first lah !!  Dumb-A**!!!!!  Don't just simply be a follower on brands.  Get some knowledge on the brands if otherwise you will "memperSiaSuikan" that brand !!  All outlet stores will be using the same Paper Bags (White background with Red Wordings) not only those from The States ! So what, If I really got it from The States ?  Anything that bothers you so much like I am using your money or burdening your luggage ? Yes, a good friend of mine help to get this, SO ????  What do you get by proofing it? As, I do not want to make it a her hard time for the other person whom get it for me, I Die Die also will not admit that it is from The States.  

Last but not least, I begged you to STOP mentioning; I am still this and that !!!  It's over and you need to come back to REALITY !!!  I felt like vomiting listening to this.  Trust me, not only me but the a few of them too !!

Luxe Meal....

Well, it's time to indulge ourselves again for a Luxe Meal after a year of hard work.  We had our 2012 Ladies Luxe Meal nite on 28-Dec-12 at East Ocean Restaurant, Menglembu.  This day so happens was also our Bonus Pay Out day.  Hehehehe ~  The menu was set by our organizer and we pay MYR150 to join in for this annual event for the ladies only.  Our menu of the night are 4 Seasons Combination (Lang Pun), Sea Cucumber, Roasted Piglet (Yi G) and also soup that was cooked with Fa Gau, Abalones and etc....  Besides the yummy-licious, we have lots of fun and jokes together.  It is definitely a good catching up after office hours :)

My Vacation'11 - Hong Kong Day 4

Time really flies when it comes to vacation.  Today is our last day in Hong Kong before we heads back to Macau for our flight back home.  Besides shopping, we visited the famous temple in HK "Wong Dai Sin".  We visted the famous HK's temple of which you could seem see in almost all the TVB's dramas; Wong Dai Sin.  All along the way after alighting from the MRT , there are lots of aunties trying to selling you all kinds of praying materials but don't waste your monies buying it because we visitors are prohibited not allowed to burn these  / pray using these in the temple.

After leaving the temple, we visited the Jade Market.  In this market, you could find various types of jades from small to big but you need to bargain hard before buying any in order to get a good deal.

Coincidentally saw the grand opening of a new shop of which I thought of something else..... Hahahaha ~

That's the end of journey.  We headed back to Macau for our Evening Flight back home the next morning.  It was a great trip.

My Vacation'11 - Hong Kong Day 3

Day 3 - Lantau Island

We woke up as early as 7AM at this day and gathered at 8.30 AM at the lobby.  We took the Shuttle bus to HK Central.  We had our simple, superb full, worth the money and delicious breakkie before we took the train to Tung Chung of which we will be taking the Cable Cars to Lantau Island. The sky way journey from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping is about 45 mins.  You could actually choose the cabins type that you would love to hop in.  There are the standard cabins (HKD115) & Crystal Cabins (HKD195) for round trips.  There are also Private Cabins and Occasion Cabins available prior to early bookings but I am not too sure in the charges.  Due to the very long queue in the Standard Cabins lane, we decided to take the Crystal cabins (queuing is not our cup of tea) Hahahaha ~
