She's better....

Well, i guess sumtimes showing off some anger n power really works. Patience really have a limit. Dun ever try to test it ! I've have enough of all the arrogant attitude of my staff n I've showed her my anger n power y'day. As a result, she shows more respect to me today. I dun mean to be so arrogant or showing off my post but she's juz to "hak yan zheng" and makes me puke with her stupid attitude. Wat for "polish" the staff that's same post or lower post than u but showing no respect to your immediate supervisor ? I'm i rite ? Nway, glad that she've chg a lit'l today. Althought I dunno for how long but at least I'm more comfortable with her now. Hope the change is permanent lor....
