Staff Problem Again......

As mentioned, one of my staff really have attitude problem. When I complained to my other staff they juz asked me to be patient but now they really felt her bossy n arrogant attitude. Juz happened not long ago, HR personnel from HQ called me but I was enganged with another person form HQ as well. She tried to transfer but my other staff told her that I was engange with sumone fromHQ as well. Being very bossy her, told this staff that this called is from HQ. She instructed her to tell me this n ask me to hang up the phone immediately alhough she tole her that I was engange with sumone from HQ as well. So, this staff got frustrated n said to her " Ask who's on the line and wat's her direct no" n I'll ask Eve to rtn the call once she ahng up. Once I hanged up, this staff cum to complaint to me abt her bossy attitude n very arrogant. I juz laughed and said to her "U now noe how I feel, rite ? " Hahaha...... I'm hoping that she'll chg and show more respect to us but seems like I gotto stop dreaming for she'll never CHANGE ! Nvm, I'm still her imm. superior so I can be even more bossy n arrogant to her if she keeps behaving like this. Dun ever test my patience for u'll never know how fierce m I when I'm very very very angry.
